| CAREL PLANTWATCH-PRO SUPERVISORY SYSTEM | ||

PlantwatchPro is a complete supervisory system that can be used to connect a series of Carel controllers and provide complete monitoring and control of refrigeration, air-conditioning and heating systems. It uses a simple colour touch screen LCD menu system to access and monitor the field devices. PlantWatch Pro will connect with Carel IR and PJ series controllers as well as Mastercella and power controllers via 2 separate RS485 links. All that is needed is a RS485 interface card for each controller. The unit can manage and send messages and alarms via fax, e-mails, SMS and remote access service.

| CAREL MASTERCELLA COLD ROOM CONTROLLER | ||

The Mastercella is a completely integrated solution for the control of single phase, static or ventilated cold rooms. The unit will control a single phase compressor up to 2HP along with all the other cold room services such as evaporator fans, defrost cycles, lighting and alarms.
The unit is housed in an IP65 rated enclosure meaning
that it can be installed on the outer wall of the cold room with wiring
access from above or below.

The IR33 SMART is a series of controllers designed specifically for refrigeration applications. Rather than have to set up all the operating parameters, the user can select their application from a list of standard set-ups, making installation simple. Available in 1, 2 and 4 output versions, these controllers are ideal for refrigeration installers who need to install and configure a controller as quickly as possible.

The PJeasy controller has been designed specifically for catering, display cabinet and refrigerated showcase applications. Available in 1, 2 and 3 output versions for compressor, defrost and fan/auxilliary control, with12Vac, 110Vac and 230Vac power supply options. The unit is easy to program, with 4 pre-defined sets of parameters to choose from and easy to install, being panel mountable from the front.

The ELK38 is a 33x74 panel mounting, autotuning, PID controller that can accept inputs from a wide range of sensors - NTC and PTC thermistors, J, K or S type thermocouples, PT100 RTD’s as well as analogue voltage or current inputs. It has a single 12mm red LED display showing the process value Versions are available with 1 or 2 relay or SSR outputs and can be powered from 12Vac/dc, 24Vac/dc or 100-230Vac.

The CT500 is a dual display multi-range, multi function counter - timer that matches our PID500 range of temperature controllers. The timer has two independently timed relay outputs and will operate in DE, Interval or cycling modes with time ranges from 0.01 seconds to 9999 hours. The counter has 4 operating modes as well as a batch counter output. The display can count from 0.001 to 9999 and can be scaled to count up to 10 6.
The unit is available in 24Vac/dc and 90-270Vac operated versions.

This unit will accept a train of pulses from a wide variety of electronic sensors such as flow meters, rotary encoders, optical sensors or proximity sensors and provide a scaled output pulse. Either NPN or PNP input pulses can be accommodated and
output pulse scaling is adjustable between divide by 1 and divide by 4095.
Versions are available that will operate from 110/240Vac and 24Vac power
supplies.

NEW LOW COST PID TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS The PID330 is a low cost 1/4 DIN (96 x 96) PID controller with selectable thermocouple , RTD, voltage or current inputs and up to 3 control outputs. It has a large dual 4 digit LED display with separate indicators to show the relay state and autotuning function. Relay, SSR, current or voltage output versions are available. The controller can be configured as 1 on/off or PID control and up to 2 alarm outputs, or as 2 on/off or PID controls (heat/cool) plus alarm output. It has a large dual 4 digit LED display to show the set point and the process value. It is suitable for use with power supplies of 85 to 270 Vac or 24Vac/dc.
