MINITHERM 6 ENCAPSULATED TEMPERATURE SWITCH

Minitherm temperature control

The Minitherm temperature switch provides a low-cost solution to a wide range of OEM temperature control applications. The encapsulated module is powered from a 110 or 230Vac mains supply and the output will directly drive a heavy duty AC or DC coil power relay. An integral potentiometer is used to set the control temperature and the built-in hysterysis control action ensures clean relay switching. Versions are available that can be set using an external potentiometer, with either NO or NC outputs and for PCB mounting. The standard NTC input gives a set temperature range of 75 to 98ºC.

PT100 HEAD MOUNTED TEMPERATURE SWITCH

Head mounted temperature controller

This range of temperature switches have an integrated stainless steel sheathed PT100 sensor and can be mounted directly into pipework, tank walls or ducting. The operating temperature is set using a potentiometer which can be mounted internally for extra security. The SPST relay output will switch at the selected temperature and can be used to control a heater or an alarm. The unit has selectable scales from 0 to 200ºC and the output relay can be set to n-o or n-c operation.

TC4800 1/16 DIN ON/OFF & PD TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER

TC4800 on/off or PD temperature controller

The TC4800 range of temperature controllers is available in on/off or proportional + derivative (PD) control options with input options to suit PT100 probes and J, K or R type thermocouples. A 4-20mA input type also enables them to be used for the control of processes other than temperature. Of particular note is the dial lock which prevents tampering.

F SERIES 1/16 DIN ON/OFF TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER

F Series analogue temperature controller

The F series on/off temperature controller is available with either PT100 or K type thermocouple inputs. It has a 3A 230Vac relay output and a 50-0-50 uA meter output to indicate deviation from the set point. The unit can either be panel mounted or DIN rail mounted using a suitable socket.

TR4800 1/16 DIN TACHOMETER RELAY

TR4800 tachometer sensing relay

The TR4800 series are designed to match the styling of the TC4800 temperature controllers and TT4800 Timers. They offer a fast reaction time of <0.4sec at 150rpm. An internal supply is provided to power active sensors. Three models are available to cover speeds from 5 to 10,000 rpm.

FSRS SHAFT ROTATION SENSOR

F Series shaft rotation sensing relay

The FSRS is specifically designed to prevent access to normally rotating machinery until it has slowed to a safe speed. A potentiometer on the facia enables the sensor to be set for an appropriate minimum speed. If the sensor does not receive a pulse within the time set, the output will energise and this signal can be used to disable a guard.

FLST LIQUID LEVEL DETECTOR

F Series liquid level sensing relay

The  FLST has a fixed sensitivity and is designed primarily to sense the presence of water using a conductive differential probe. By shorting the high and low probes, however, it can also be used for single point detection. The output will energise when the liquid falls below the "low" level and de-energise when it rises above the "high" level.

FLDT LIQUID LEVEL DETECTOR

F Series liquid level sensing relay

The FLDT has adjustable sensitivity making it suitable for sensing the presence of a  variety of liquids using a conductive differential probe. By shorting the high and low probes, however, it can also be used for single point detection. The output will energise when the liquid falls below the "low" level and de-energise when it rises above the "high" level.
